Basic Information

Direct connect: game.cerea2.com:5121   (83.145.195.4 but you should preferably use the name)

Current NWN2 Server Version:  1.22.1588 You will need the same version to connect.

 Also note that having MOTB installed is strongly recomended as more and more things and places will require it.

To Begin playing

Step 1: 

If you allready have NWN2_Audolo you can skip to step 2

You will need to download NWN2_Audolo

Unzip it to your Nevervinternights2 folder ( Normally C:\\Program Files\\Atari\\Neverwinter Nights 2 ),

Make a shortcut pointing to the NWN2_Audolo.exe somewhere, for example your desktop or in some menu. 

Step 2:

Start  NWN2_Audolo

Step 3:

If you downloaded the Cerea version of NWN2_Audolo from above you can skip to step4.

If you have NWN2_Audolo from before you need to copy the following path to the "Address: Ini-File"  box: http://www.cerea2.com/files/player/files.ini  and then press "save address" button

Step 4:

Select the Cerea Address file in  "Address: Ini-File" dropdown

Then Press "1)Download Ini File + Check Local files"   This is a quick operation.

Then Press "2) Download missing Files"  This operation will take a quite long time the first time you do it and after longer pauses in playing or after major updates.

Then Press "Exit" to exit the updater. 

Step 5:

Start the game and in multiplayer join game either use the direct connect to the address given above in basic information, or look for the server named "Cerea Island 2" in roleplaying section.

In future 

You will need to repeat steps 4 and 5 from above after most module updates.

Thus you should just do the check allways first before playing (takes only few seconds).

the nwn2 deities is not properly read at character generation unless it is in override.

This article explains how you can get the proper deities. 

If you have problems

Check that you are running the NWN2_Audolo from the game directory (that any icon on the desktop or similar is a a shortcut and not a copy)

So with standard install of NWN2 check that you have: 

C:\\\\\\\\Program Files\\\\\\\\Atari\\\\\\\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\\\\\\\NWN2_Audolo.exe

C:\\\\\\\\Program Files\\\\\\\\Atari\\\\\\\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\\\\\\\Lzma#.dll

C:\\\\\\\\Program Files\\\\\\\\Atari\\\\\\\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\\\\\\\NWN2_Audolo.ini

and:  many files in the following directories:

C:\\\\\\\\Program Files\\\\\\\\Atari\\\\\\\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\\\\\\\Modules\\\\\\\\Cerea2

C:\\\\\\\\Program Files\\\\\\\\Atari\\\\\\\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\\\\\\\Modules\\\\\\\\Cerea2

If you have installed nwn2 in other directory than standard, place your nwn2 install directory in all above examples instead of    C:\\\\\\\\Program Files\\\\\\\\Atari\\\\\\\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\\\\\\\
